Technical Medical Corner was founded in Baghdad in 1994. What began as a supplier of laboratory consumables is today a laboratory diagnostics distribution and biomedical engineering company, representing manufacturers from Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, Sweden, China, Taiwan and India, and operating in four countries.

Founded in Baghdad
TMC opens as a supplier of laboratory equipment and consumables to Iraqi public hospitals.
- 2000s
Branch network
Offices open in Erbil, Mosul, Basra, Kirkuk, Karbala, Duhok, Sulaymaniyah and Tikrit.
- 2010s
Exclusive agencies
Exclusive distribution agreements signed with EUROIMMUN, IDS, Vircell, YHLO, Bonraybio and Chemotechnique.
- 2015
Biomedical engineering unit
A dedicated service department is formed, covering installation, application training and preventive maintenance.
- 2020
COVID-19 response
TMC supplies PCR testing capacity to the Iraqi Ministry of Health through KIMADIA across nine governorates.

Regional expansion
Offices established in Amman, Dubai and Damascus, serving customers beyond Iraq.
