Sales & key accounts
Working with hospitals, laboratories and Ministry of Health tenders on configurations and quotations.
Applications & scientific support
Training laboratory staff on assays and analysers and answering customers' scientific questions.
Biomedical engineering
Installing, qualifying, maintaining and repairing laboratory analysers.
Field service
Visiting customer laboratories across the governorates for preventive maintenance and breakdown calls.
Logistics & cold chain
Receiving, storing and delivering reagents and instruments, keeping temperature-sensitive kits within their storage conditions.
Finance & administration
Accounting, purchasing, import paperwork, HR and office administration.
