How we work

From installation to first result

Delivery does not end at the laboratory door. Every installation follows a documented sequence, so the instrument is producing verified results before our engineer leaves.

  1. Site survey

Power, water, drainage, bench space, ambient temperature and network access checked before the instrument ships.

  2. Installation & qualification

Installation qualification and operational qualification performed and documented against the manufacturer's protocol.

  3. Calibration & QC setup

Calibrators and controls loaded, reference ranges configured, and the first QC run reviewed with your team.

  4. Operator training

Hands-on training in Arabic for every shift, with printed workflow cards left on the bench.

  5. LIS connection

Bidirectional interface to your laboratory information system where the platform supports it.

  6. Preventive maintenance plan

A scheduled visit calendar and a reagent forecast, so neither the instrument nor the stock runs out mid-month.
